If you are here you have already made a big step towards healing.

Sometimes we need others to help us recognize our strengths, look at our situation objectively, listen to our fears and hopes and learn different ways to cope.

Sometimes we need someone to really hear us and validate us.

Sometimes we just need to unload.

Working on goals while identifying needs, wants and intent is the next step with the therapist that is right for you.

This relationship takes commitment, communication and vulnerability.

I consider my work with clients an amazing invitation to share sacred space to mend and grow.

I work with people in transitions - relationships both new and old, job stress, school challenges, anxiety, depression and ADD/ADHD. Family issues, grief, and working towards restructuring habits. Chronic pain. Intimacy issues. Infertility. Adoption.

I apply a holistic approach when working with individuals and couples. Together we can figure out what is working and how to adjust what isn't.
